Griff O’Neil
As Chief Executive Officer of Worldstars International, Inc., Griff O’Neil focuses on maximizing the organization’s global value and impact through a steadfast commitment to excellence. As a visionary leader, he defines the company’s long-term mission and high-level strategy while serving as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and executive management. Griff is responsible for the organization's most critical capital decisions and high-level budget allocations, ensuring that the right executive team is in place to execute his vision and maintain the highest standards for every Worldstars’ event.

Gwen Wilson
As Chief Operating Officer, Gwen Wilson serves as the vital link between high-level strategy and daily execution, transforming the executive team’s vision into actionable operational plans. Working closely with both the WSI Executive Officers and the WCOPA Leadership Management Team, she optimizes internal workflows and streamlines systems to maximize global productivity. Gwen provides cross-functional leadership over diverse departments—including IT, Production, and outside vendors—while monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and managing resource allocation to ensure the organization has the infrastructure and talent necessary to scale effectively.

Chuck Lorimer
As Chief Financial Officer, Charles (Chuck) Lorimer directs the financial strategy and economic health of Worldstars International Inc., ensuring sustainable, long-term profitability. He serves as the organization's top financial controller, overseeing critical capital allocation, cash flow management, and rigorous financial planning to maximize ROI. By identifying financial liabilities and ensuring global regulatory compliance, Chuck manages risk and provides transparent reporting to stakeholders, maintaining the fiscal stability necessary for the company’s continued global growth.

As Event Producer and Finale Show Director, Danielle Janco provides the creative and operational vision for the World Championships of Performing Arts, overseeing every detail from initial concept to the live grand finale. She manages end-to-end project timelines, complex logistics, and vendor relations while ensuring strategic budget oversight for a seamless attendee experience. Beyond her production mastery, Danielle serves as President of Worldstars USA, Inc. and works closely with the President to train and manage National Directors, making her a cornerstone of WCOPA’s global leadership.

Billy Joe Marrero
As Technical Director and Social Media Manager for WCOPA, Billy Joe Marrero bridges the gap between complex engineering and global audience engagement. He architects the production’s "pipeline," managing the development of digital graphics and music for the entire event and during the Grand Finale. A vital interdepartmental liaison, Billy leads technical production teams and serves as the final point of escalation for high-stakes problem-solving, translating technical hurdles into clear solutions for stakeholders. Beyond the control room, he directs the organization’s digital narrative, ensuring the high-level technical execution of the World Championships of Performing Arts is effectively showcased to a global social media audience.

Dreama and Bill Fritts
As Housing Managers, Dreama and Bill Fritts ensure a seamless experience for WCOPA participants by managing everything from hotel contract execution and financial forecasting to on-site logistical support. Their expert handling of housing analytics and real-time problem-solving—complemented by Dreama’s role as Executive Assistant—is vital to the championship’s daily operations.
